Sweet Treat: Cantaloupe with Blackberry Balsamic Drizzle and Mint

This was a quick and easy dessert I put together for Chris and I with some leftover cantaloupe. The blackberry balsamic provided a nice acidic contrast to the sweetness of the fruit, while the mint add a refreshing palate cleanser.

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 2 tablespoons blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar
  • 4 mint leaves (chopped)


Directions:
  1. Use melon baller to scoop cantaloupe into two bowls
  2. Drizzle a tablespoon of blackberry balsamic over cantaloupe 
  3. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top
  4. Served chilled
